You’ll be responsible for converting existing leads and helping qualified buyers, generating new leads with the help of our marketing systems and hosting open houses. What We Need From You:
- A passion for working with home buyers
- A valid Ontario Real Estate license
- Minimum of 1 full year of real estate sales experience.
- minimum of 3 completed sales per year
- A flexible work schedule with full-time hours
- Familiarity with the Halton real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car

Compensation:
100% commission based.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange open houses (once allowed) to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and facilitate the sale of property to achieve desired results
- Turn prospective home buyers & qualified leads into clients by continuously following up, and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Prospecting to find potential home buyers and provide them with information on properties that meet their needs and fit their budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreement and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction

Salary: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
